So I'm doing Arcade Gannon's quest, and I'm in the Enclave remnant bunker. All along I've been telling him how he doesn't have to be like his father. When I tell everyone to support the NCR, Orion leaves and I go kill him, come back, say that I already have power armor training, leave the control room, and get locked out forever. But I thought after you left Arcade was supposed to ask you what he should do (and then give you his armor if you say not to fight)? Because when I leave the control room (and the bunker entirely) he doesn't try to talk to me and he just follows me around like normal. What do I have to do tho trigger the dialogue?

I looked on youtube and apparently I'm not the only person with this problem...

Well for me I had to pass a speech check to make him not fight.

For me i passed the speech check for orion and then i told arcade not to be like his father, this caused him to leave before giving me his armor. As i left the bunker he then decided i should have his armor.

So you need 80 speech to get his armor? :brokencomputer:
