Thanks for the tips... I usually would just go to the gun runners and kill them take their armor and sell it to whoever.

I made a ton of money gambling. At first I started off with blackjack and it's decent but then I tried out the slot machines. In the Atomic Wrangler I won the 16k chip jackpot and I already had about 4 or 5k winnings. So their normal 10k max ended up being 20 or 21k. The most you can get is 32k but I've never been able to do it, came sooooo close many times.

Stimpacks, check any doctor, they always have some. As for missiles I'd check the 2 arms dealers at the 188, the Gun Runners, the BoS, or I hear there is a vendor in the Dam that has tons of ammo.

I always have a ton of supplies, I'm a pack rat and I stash everything I can get my hands on. Had over 150 stimpacks my first time at the final battle =)

Get the dead money DLC do it and save up the coins to use on the vending machine, get the code to buy stims from the vending machine in the clinic. By the end of Dead Money I had enough coins to mod my holorifle all the way and buy about 130 stimpacks... And once you get the code to return clothing items for coins you can haul them back to the abandoned BoS shelter vending machine for all the stims you could ask for for the rest of the game.

Don't know... can you buy them at Nellis? If not, you may have to resort to swiping them unseen. If stealing stuff isn't your thing, just put 50 caps in the container for each missile you steal.

I've found that if you use food, water, and Sunset Sarsparilla for most healing jobs, you won't need to rely on stims as much during the game, and will have more than enough at the end.

My preferred method is 6 Luck + Naughty Nightwear + the Ultra-Luxe blackjack table. Having 7 Luck is enough to consistently win at blackjack.

1) The Gun Runners' Vendortron sells a lot of missiles, usually 30-40 of each type.

2) Stimpacks can be bought from doctors, or in bulk lots from the Sierra Madre vending machine in the Abandoned BoS Bunker via exchanging items for chips. You need to have completed the DLC first, as you have to find the code for them (there's one for Super Stimpacks too) before the machine will 'sell' them.

3) Get the Jury Rigging perk and use cheap stuff to repair the expensive stuff, then sell it to the Vendortron, the Khans' Armorer, and Quartermaster Brandon for a ton of caps. Old Lady Gibson and Lacy (merchant at the Outpost) often have several thousand caps at higher levels as well.

Not to be too judgmental... :whistling: but this sounds like a question from someone who hasn't done much in the game. If you've taken a couple of companions and followed their story lines, taken the proper perks and implants, explored maybe half of the map, got your stats up past 75 or 80 and leveled in the 20s, I don't see why you would need to ask such a question. By now you should have tens of thousands in caps, over a hundred stims and other health aids.

If you haven't done all this, why do you want to play the end game?

I don't use missiles because they are slow, cumbersome inaccurate and useless indoors (about 2/3 of the final fight) but I must have sold or left lie a couple hundred.

You don't need caps to repair weapons—repair them with other weapons or use repair kits. If that is a problem, take the Jury Rigging perk.

Gun Runners have about 120 missiles in their inventory so it's quite easy to get a good supply there, but it costs a lot and the missiles weigh A LOT.

I've done the final battle using a missile launcher, Anabelle to be precise. I also had a Grenade Machinegun. Messy doesn't begin to describe it.

I was siding with Yes-Man, and so had an upgraded Securitron escort, which was the only support I was due for the battle - no Boomers, BoS or Remnant for me. Unfortunately, the moment I started flinging missiles around the Securitrons turned hostile thanks to the splash damage, so I was having to fight the NCR, the Legion AND the Securitrons on the dam. It was great fun. The Securitrons weren't particularly dangerous apart from their missiles, which just added to the festival of crippled limbs the battle had become. The NCR mooks didn't last five minutes in the carnage, but the Legion... those vets are tough, and can take a rocket to the face without flinching. And those Fire Axes really sodding hurt if you let them get close enough to hit.

I got through abot 50 missiles, a dozen doctor's bags (such wisdom, to do this with a character with Small Frame) and almost all my healing items in that battle. Still, I felt like bloody Rambo doing it, 'twas great.
