So, i arrive at vault 3, but dont have an option to say im there to deliver drugs, just a failed speech attempt. And if i fight my way through, i arrive at a locked door.. How do you do that quest?

I had that same problem since I was there before the quest. IIRC there should be a key card somewhere in the area allowing you to proceed

Edit: If the Fiends are hostile then kill them all before speaking to Motor-Runner. Even if he shows as hostile you can still speak to him

Thanks, but i had the quest when i went there.. Loaded earlier save. Ill perhaps return with a higher speech.

Wear the Great Khan armor that Diane gives you.

Hm, cant find sucha armor, could have sold it.. Any other place to get that faction armor?

I walked in before, wasted all the fiends in the beginning area, and got to Motor Runner who wasn't hostile. It was for the Still in the Dark quest. I forget if there was a keycard involved or not.

It worked fine with the Khan clothing thingy, thanks.
