I'm trying to get this quest from Arcade but it hasn't worked despite the fact I did it right. (see artical on the vualt wiki)
I had him in my party when I told the Major Mr hose was dead and when I installed yes-man bu he still didnot give me the quest.
I took him to some of the places that trigger it but still nothing.

Is it a bug or am I doing somthing wrong?

Did Arcade ever talk you after going to the certain places?
