Pretty annoying,

they won't even bother with easiest of easy enemy they just often run off upon spotting enemy,
they only fire at enemy when they are really close to.

It seemed that they just run to the node and if you don't go get them and apart from them for sometime they die.
At least I wish they could die on me so I can salvage something.

(Though when Ranger fire, Hell Break loose )
