I can't seem to find Ibsen in the Brotherhood of Steel bunker in Hidden Valley. Where does he typically hang out during the daytime hours? Thanks.

He's always been in the computer room on level 2 for me.

Occassionally in the dorms area I think, but as long as it's daytime, he'll be in the area with all the terminals as stated ^^^^^^^
