Where is the locked storage room at repconn that has the Q-35 Matter Modulator?

It should be somewhere on the first floor, just next to the stairs. You'll need 100 lockpick and or science to get it or a key wich is on the third floor somewhere.

Enter building. Take 2 steps forward. Take 2 steps to the right. Hack terminal. Unlock door. Go through door. Go approximately 10 stepss forward. Turn left. Go approximately 20 steps forward. Face left. Hack teminal. Unlock door. Go forward 1 step into next room. Turn left. Go 4 steps forward. Pick up weapon.
