I was hoping someone could offer some advice on Bye Bye Love. I'm at the point where I am supposed to talk to Joana when I am ready to escort her to Carlitos in Freeside. But I can't find her, and I've looked really hard numerous times at various times of day. The quest arrow indicates that she should be in her room, but she is never there. From what she told me, and from what I've read in other posts, she should be waiting in the lobby disguised (along with a couple of girlfriends), but I cannot find her. I've talked to every person inside and outside Gomorrah many times at various times of the day without finding her. FWIW, since talking to Joana initially, I stopped Omerta's plans with the Legions, killed Big Sal and Nero and am buddies with Cachino. Have I done something to fail the quest (Pipboy does not say so), am I missing something, or is the quest just bugged given this situation (though I purchased the game fairly recently, I am pretty sure it is an original release version and I have not patched it. Thanks for any help.

It's a bug but amusingly, Joana probably just walked out the door.
