Collector's Edition missing product

Post » Sun Mar 06, 2011 2:45 am

I just received my PS3 Collector's Edition today and it's missing the making of DVD and the playing cards. I've tried contacting Bethesda calling 301-926-8300 and the lady there would only connect me to customer support at 410-568-3685. There is no extension for New Vegas. I tried connecting to Fallout 3 and some other game. I waited on both times for 20 minutes before giving up. Pretty disappointing. Didi anyone else get the collector's edition missing something? I sent an email to customer support, I hope they get back to me soon. After all this wait, this is a pretty big bummer.

If nothing else, try sending a PM to Gstaff and asking him how you can contact the proper channels. :)

I purchased it via Sams Club online. I really don't want to return it, not like they can replace the collector's edition. I just want what I paid for.

Yeah I have a similar issue. My copy didn't come with any replay value. I thought I would be OK with the definitive ending but really it disgusts me.

Fallout New Vegas Over-all score: 6/10
Replay Value: 0.7/10

If the DLC doesn't fix it the new overall score is probably around 0.2/10 and I'll probably just sell me Collector's Edition.

RePlay... the ability to play it again.
Definitive ending... allowing you to play again instead of continuing on doing nothing.

I would thing a Definitive ending (and multiple endings at that) would add more replay value.

We're on the same boat. I bought the PC collector's edition last Friday and I'm also missing the DVD. I sent them an email and I'm still waiting for a reply.

I think you need to contact the retailer and not Bethesda. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well a week later and still no luck. I sent a message through Bethesda's online support and got a response on the 26th with an apology about the situation and it would be forwarded to the customer service dept. After no response, on November 2nd, I responded back to that email I had gotten, asking for any updates and was told this: "I’ve escalated this to our senior support staff. If I hear any progress, I’ll let you know. Thank you for your patience." I hope this gets handled soon. Very disappointing, I just want what I paid for.
