I just don't know how to use cloud kiss i tried reverse pickpocket but it doesn't work
does anyone know how to use it?

You use your survival skill to make poison out of it.

I think he knows how to make it. What he's asking is how to put it on a weapon.

@OP: To use Cloud Kiss, have a melee or unarmed weapon out, go to the cloud kiss item in your pip-boy, and press the X button on PS3 (use the appropriate button on 360 or PC)
