Question in the title

I am thinking about making the Lucky 38 my Armory. i'm gunna pick up all the clutter, fill the shelves with ammo, place different kinds of weapons on each table, etc.

I just don't want them to randomly disappear on me

if there's no one else in the cocktail lounge it should stay there
