Has anybody who doesn't have the Night Eye? Perk or hasn't taken Cat Eye, randomly have the special vision turned on? I was once walking around the barracks in Mojave Outpost and the vision just turned on.

Did you drink a nuka cola Quartz because that has the same effect.

Or if you have companions in your suite at the Lucky 38 and they drink a Nuka Cola Quartz out of your fridge (they do tend to just help themselves) you will get the cat eye effect!
