I wish disguises did more : Fallout: New Vegas

I really wish disguises had more effect in the game. Like if you are wearing Ranger armor trying to get into HELIOS One they just let you in because you're a Ranger.

Or when you do that mission at McCarran where you have to catch that officer tipping off the Legion in the tower. It would have been cool if he had said, "Oh s***, they sent a Ranger," or something along those lines.

I just wish disguises had a little more impact on dialogue.

Yeah, recently I was disguised as a member of the White Glove Society, was somewhere I shouldn't have been, and was threatened by another member.

Not really a disguise if you ask me.

I just hate that when you wear a disguise, like an NCR trooper outfit, your reputation with them goes from Liked to Neutral, why is that?

funny thing about disguises......

......at the ncr checkpoint outside of, nelson?, the ranger comes up to you and tells you to kill the ncr hostages.....

......the dialogue you recieve more or less is "who are you" and one of the response choices is " im [insert character name]", as a ncr diguised caracter they have no clue who you are, as a non factional disguised character they now exactly who you are.
