Wasteland Survival Guide Equivalent? : Fallout: New Vegas

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a Wasteland Survival Guide quest equivalent in Fallout New Vegas? Not particularly writing a book, but a quest similar to it where you go out and do a heap of errands. In Fallout 3 it was a great quest for starting and getting supplies for a new character.

There are several smaller quests that involve a number of errands but I don't believe there's a single one like the Wasteland Survival Guide.

I found an edition of the Wasteland Survival Guide in the Mojave Desert somewhere. Reading it gave me +3 Survival.
