Jason Bergman says the next patch/update is ready and it will fix the DLC save file issue.

"We wanted to give you guys a heads-up regarding the latest progress on Fallout: New Vegas updates.

We’ve come up with solutions for the Xbox 360 save issue folks are reporting, along with a number of other issues being reported. We’re currently running final testing and certification on a comprehensive patch for all three platforms (PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3), so we’ll have something available in the coming weeks. When we have more details, we’ll let you know.

In the meantime, an incremental update for PC should be going up by early next week that will fix the save corruption issues and problems with companions, as well as improve performance for NVIDIA users and resolve some issues reported with Havok."

Maybe we'll stop seeing those "Bethesda/Obsidian doesn't care, they're not listening!" posts.

Anyway; hurray for PC patch next week!

I don't really care, since i have none of those issues  Unless the Havok fixes mean submersible radscropions, that start flying all around the place when re-entering the area, are fixed.

I don't think I completely understood your post. Would you mind explaining it?

I claimed that I, too, was young and idealistic, prone to believing that people would stop complaining when they ran out of reason.

Of course, it was entirely a joke. I was never young.

That's what I thought. It's just hard to know you're taking something the right way through text.

But yeah, you're right.

Actually, if I get the message right, Boone would still be good, but maybe slightly weaker while player is at early teen or lower; while ED-D, Cass and Veronica would be leveling with you!

Sorry, Nvidia only. They saw that you were a Ohio State fan and that ruined it for all the other ATI users :P

I keed, I keed

Seriously though, I'm sure whatever they fix will apply to both ATI and Nvidia assuming it's what we need the .dll for that is being fixed

Yeah, I saw that... glad the patch is nearby, wasn't expecting it for awhile...

P.S. You have an excellent grasp on the english language (unlike most) and I want you to know, I for one, appreciate it. :lmao: :goodjob:
