On TV Tropes, http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FalloutNewVegas has an entry for "Beauty is never tarnished", declaring it averted.

I never noticed one... Is it part of the vanilla races? I don't recall seeing one even before I made a custom race for my char...

I thought I noticed a little something on the face, around the mouth, I think it was...I need to go check now, lol....
