Are these actually in-game songs? Because I have not heard any of these, once. And I really like Home on the Wastes.

They are in the game files, but not all are played.

Home on the Wastes is played by The Lonesome Drifter after you recruit him to play for The Aces Theater at The Tops.

Not sure about the rest, but they sound like something he'd play.

I've heard the Lonesome Drifter sing New Vegas Valley and Streets Of New Reno.

Too bad that quest where you recruit people for the Tops glitched for me and I only get to see that black guy from Novac standing there not doing anything.

He plays at 10 P.M. I believe. It says it right outside on the sign for The Tops. It also lists the other acts and what times they perform.
