Anyone else get this? When I sit 5 feet from mt T.V it looks horrible but when I sit like 8 or 9 feet away it looks really good. Is this a resolution issue? I'm on XBox.

That's what I thought but I wasn't completly sure. So is the native resolution lower than 1080p? I have my 360 set to 1080p but it seems like it's just upscaling.

I think it's the engine it self. Try standing still and then move and you'll see the difference

This has to do with the resolution, also, haven't you ever heard of the http://hdinstallers.com/calculator.htm?

Console versions only run at 1280x720 resolution. If you have, let's say, a 40" HDTV with a 1920x1080 resolution(1080P), and with the fact that there is little AA/AF on the consoles, then the game is going to look pretty bad.

At a distance, this stuff isn't that noticeable.

That website either doesn't work or it's completely off. I typed in a twentyfour inch screen and it's telling me to sit six feet away... I can't read the tiny pip-boy text in, for instance misc notes, from freakin' six feet, much less see the hidden loot in corners and details in secret areas. Maybe if your native resolution is like 360x360 or something rofl...

Heh. According to that site, if you have a TV screen that's one mile across, you should sit three miles away.
