Game-Play Question?

Post » Sun Mar 06, 2011 10:11 am

I have a Digital Download version so i have no bock or guide for the game, my question is this...

What does "hardcoe Mode" exactly?, i know that it makes so that you can't heal limbs with stimpacks and makes the enemy's almost invincible.

But i f i play in "hardcoe Mode" what dose then "Easy", "Normal" and "Hard" have for function?, isn't that also to make the enemy's harder to kill??

Would appreciate a good explanation how the game play works with and without "hardcoe Mode" enabled.

Thanks,
Ceano.

hardcoe does not affect difficultysettings.

HC-Mode makes stims heal overtime (and as you said, you can't use stims to heal crippled limbs - a doctorsbag and doctor NPCs can), it gives you the need to sleep, eat and drink on regular basis and it also gives ammunition weight. And that's about it.

hardcoe doesnt give enemies more hitpoints or stronger attacks. Like you said, creepled limbs can not be fixed with stimpacks. And stimpacks do not instaheal, but heal over time. This means you cant spam stimpacks while fighting. Also, in hardcoe mode you need to sleep, eat and drink regularly or suffer ill effects such as death. Also, all ammo have weight, so you cant hog around everything you find.

OK thanks all for the answer, thought it was more to it (hardcoe) then the explanation from Dr Mitchell dialog....but if i get you right it isn't.

The enemy's is so much harder to kill in FONV then in FO3, think i have to play in a different way then i did back in FO3....that way rely don't work in FONV :)
