Hello,

So I'm on the quest "Come Fly with Me". I talk to Chris Haversham about launching the rockets,
but tell him the truth about him being human (I had enough speech skill) and that Bright will not
take him with them when the time comes for the launch.

Chris is angry, but I succeed in convincing them to help the ghouls and not sabotage the rockets.
He says ok, and that he will join me as a companion once the launch is complete. He ask me to
bring him items to fix the rockets, I do all that and then he asks me to go to the observation deck
and launch the rockets. I do it, and once rockets are launched, I go back to the basemant to talk
to Chris again. He says "Don't bother me during the launch sequence !!", even though the rockets
have obviously launched and are not there anymore.

Uh oh.

So I dont see how I can make him come with me. I searched briefly in Novac but didn't see him.

He isn't a companion, if that's what your expecting. There's a glitch that causes him to get stuck in the control room and not go to Novac.

Yeah he's not a companion.

And yes I think you encountered a bug. I also tried the approach that you did, and immediately after speaking on the speaker, he ran away. He didn't stay there like in your game.

Am I missing something good here ?
What would happen if he did go to Novac ? What then ?
Does he just say "thanks" and that's it ?

However, it's one of several glitches involved in this quest. And he's not a companion.

Yeah he just thanks you for your suggestion, saying that Novac ppl are quite nice and he could put his engineering skills to use in that town.
But that's it. No fame increase, no reward, etc.

I *think* he stays in Manny's room.
