Fallout: The rise of the "Ben 10" clone army

Post » Sun Mar 06, 2011 12:27 pm

It took me a while, but then I realised something too wierd. Nearly ALL of the non-celebrity voiced male NPCs are done the same guy that voices Ben10 on that cartoon from Cartoon Network, "Ben10: Alien Force", and "Ben10: Ultimate Alien".

I belive his name is Yuri Lowenthal, and if it is the same guy OMG he had to have had about 10,000 or more lines of dialogue cause he is EBBERYWHARE in the game.

it is actually this guy

Steven J. Blum

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0089710/

he does voices for Ben 10, but begin his career with anime, most noteably Spike Spiegel (cowboy bebop) and Ekichi Onizuka (Great Teacher Onizuka)

EDIT: My mistake, both Steven Blum and Yuri do voices in New Vegas and Ben10

I noticed that, too. It irks me a bit that the player character has that young man's voice, whether he's young or old. How hard would it have been to hire an old man to grunt and shout a bit?

Did anyone notice that about 90% of the Mojave wasteland is voiced by Dr. Kenzo Tenma, from the anime "Monster"? I also hear alot of old, white men voiced my young, black men. It's surreal.
