Does wearing Power Armor require any STR?

I don't think so. Only enough to carry it, but it adds +2 STR, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Not as far as I know, but you cannot equip it until you've received power armour training.

Power armor has no strength requirement however it does require you to have received power armor training from (at least in this game) one of two different sources.

It shouldn't... Power armor carries itself when worn... Its like a robot you climb into; and when you move, it avoids you.

There is also the power armor that the NCR Heavy troops wear, but it isn't the same as the BoS power armor, and I don't think it adds any STR. You can wear that without training.

You can get it if you murder them at 188 or Forlorn Hope. Maybe other places too, but those two places I'm sure about.
