Some voice acting problems as well as general bugs.

1) When speaking to Jason Bright before he descends to the Rocket Launch Pad, the final piece of the conversation you have with him sounds like it was performed in a different room. Also the first time you use the Intercom in the same room before returning to Jason to tell him the "devils" have been cleared out, Chris speaks to you through the intercom but shortly after the first or 2nd piece of conversation his voice switches to sounding like Chris is right next to you.

2) In the HELP section of the game accessed via the pause menu or the first time you access your weapons inventory via the Pipboy, the page describing how Weapons works (Page 1) has a typo in it. One of the instances of "is" should be changed to "it".

3) Sometimes the game doesn't display that I am encumbered when I start carrying too much.

4) The games "HELP" documentation doesn't explain how the Repair skill differs from Fallout 3's. Repair skill now determines how efficient you are at combining items up to a maximum of 100% where as in Fallout 3 it directly controls how much an item can be repaired. Essentially in Fallout New Vegas you can combine multiple items until it reaches 100% condition regardless of your repair skill, your repair skill just controls how many items it would take to do such a thing while in Fallout 3 a repair skill of 10 for example, means you can't repair items past 10%* (*Not familiar with the formula they use but it gets my point across).

5) Several instances where you'll be given a quest during a conversation rather then between conversations (At points where you choose a new question to ask the person) results in the quest name and objectives that fade in in the top left fading in while someone is actively talking to you. I'm too busy listening to the guy to be able to read! This isn't an issue in Fallout 3.

6) Quests with multiple objectives will be displayed in the top left upon receiving them with objectives being listed one after the other but often too soon after each other giving you only time to read the first objective before they all start to fade out.

7) When opening a shop interface (Speaking to a shopkeeper and asking them what they sell for instance) the initial section on the shopkeeper side, doesn't list the name "Items", instead it's just blank until you scroll to another section "Weapons" or "Ammo" and then back.

8) Nothing indicates that magazines/catalogs have a temporary effect rather then a permanent effect. Maybe add a HELP section indicating the differences between magazines and skill books or update the items stats to somehow reflect this? The same applies to various things like Steady's, etc.
