Exploring ain't as fascinating?

Anyone else feels the exploring in Fallout New Vegas is just a little bit disappointing? Whenever I see an empty triangle I'm all excited, but I end up finding some random crash without anything interesting or some Shack or Farm without any use...Finding news areas is always interesting, and having something interesting ABOUT them is always better. But it's always ruins, abandoned houses and so on. Whats up? I love exploring Fallout, but I want to find interesting stuff.

I still love this game though, I'm over 40 hours and I'm more than happy. This more of a discussion about the exploring and how it could be improved, rather than a complaint.

Believe when I say that there are LOTS of threads on this subject already and a lot of people agree with you, many don't.

I personally think they should have gone with half the map size and half the number of locations but more to do in each.

The good thing is that there's a LOT of open space for modders to add content to.
