so i just started a new character, i was walking back from the cemetery where i got the broc flower to bring to SS and suddenly a giant [censored] mother deathclaw hand appears from over the back of my head... my char is modded to have a 50 health.

so yeah... giant mother deathclaw hand appearing from no where and ripping my head off b4 i can turn around...

lol i havent even been to the quarry with this char yet. i guess it revenge for the AMR match round she took to the back of the head last play threw.

i hope she isn't the new paladin hoss... she is much worse, could you imagine wakeing up to that in the novac hotel room with you...

any1 else have this happen to them?

when you use mods, any number of crazy things can happen with a game already as glitchy as this one.

should probably clarify it's not really a mod, just "~ setav health 50"

There have been reports of Deathclaws spawning in Goodsprings at the start of the game. Just a minor glitch that teaches you to expect the unexpected :cold:

Thats happened to me a few times, god dang hand of death just comes and BAM. your dead.

I also had a Baby death claw follow me once (not a mod) it didnt attack but it was hostile, it would just run up to be and stand there...so..I shot and killed it.

then 2 more came and did the same thing, I followed suit and killed the little bugger.... well of on of them, I began to reload my gun and was about to shoot the last one and BAM some blasted mother comes and swipes the hell out of me.

wait is it a giant *censored* mother deathclaw or a mother *censored* deathclaw?
just use the kill command, it may kinda ruin the game a little, but you get passed it. yeh this has been mentioned before a lot of things have been spawning there, hopefully a patch will fix it. And I toped you right as I got out of goodsprings I fought a supermutant behemoth, I know they arn't in the game but I made some, and a lot tougher from the last game.

didn't have a chance to even hit the console button, i was walking down the hill and i just see the enormous hand come up from over to of my head, then i was dead, no noise of it running up behind me or anything...

and the first 1 was right, as in the mother deathclaw from the quarry. got her on the reload after i consoled in a AMR, though i still have no idea why it spawned just outside of GS and not the quarry.

yeh I know the first one was right just making a joke, you couldn't take on a surprise deathclaw, new player. Did they seriously block the n word, and not the bad one

And I did think that this was fixed with the last patch
