Theres a subway?

Drink a little radiated water?

Also if your in freeside, there is a water pump where you can drink for 10 caps.

You should have thought of it when zipping around without drinking. Going around critically dehydrated may be fun, but there will surely be a time when you catch yourself off guard and end up in this situation. :sadvaultboy:

In the future, don't let yourself become so badly dehydrated that you're on the verge of death. If you're that bad off, even drinking from a toilet becomes a viable option.

There is sewers. I guess that's close enough.

There is a manhole next to freeside. A Sewer system, but it is no where near the size of a subway.
Just try and find some water, there has to be a puddle.

If you're stuck, which I'm assuming you are since you've posted here, just turn hardcoe mode off. Problem solved.

How on EARTH did you manage to get that dehydrated? There's water all over the place - bottled, sinks, toilets, water outlets from pipes around the place (nearest to your location are one in Freeside but you might have to pay the Kings a small amount of caps, or for free at the NCR Sharecropper Farms). I finished my last game with over 30 bottles of purified water weighing heavy in my pack, because I barely had to rely on bottles there's so much water available!

ETA: Also check your inventory for food items, some of those also provide hydration

I was the same. I just drank any water I could find really. Sure you get irradiated to [censored], but paying Doc Mitchell to cure your radiation sickness now and again costs about the same as buying a few bottles of purified water anyway. So you might aswell.

tbh to get that dehydrated the OP must not have had a drink for a while (I'm guessing they were hitting the wait button for some reason, or have been living on potato chips and junk food, that's the only explanation I can think of), there are plenty of radiation-free water sources in New Vegas and if you're worried about rads you're never more than one day's walk (if that) from a source of pure water.
