I would wear either the Jailhouse rocker outfit. Or reverse pick pocket The King's outfit.

He would have to have a 100 in Unarmed for obvious reasons (he was a black belt).

Elvis also liked fireworks apparently...Explosives anyone?

Elvis favored a .357 when it came time to put down a television set but they don't have a DA .357 in the game...so I'd say that is the best choice for him.

Hey, in my version, he didn't die. (And he still doesn't very much, given that I keep him pretty irradiated with the Rad Child perk, the Phoenix Monocyte Breeder, and Solar Powered, plus two ranks of Toughness and the Subdermal Implant!)

The chem part was, for me, mostly inspired by this tidbit on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elvis_Presley#Military_service_and_mother.27s_death_.281958.E2.80.9360.29:

Didn't really put enough points into Medicine to get Chem-related perks, though...

Thanks also to the earlier poster with the tip about face creation. I may try that on my next character!

Now we just need a pc user to make him much older and add a black, elderly, JFK as his companion.

I'm even a little bit inspired to try this on the PC sometime. I'd probably base it mostly on what you're doing, as I like your character build so far, but at the very least I could use mods and the G.E.C.K. to get him looking closer to the real Elvis. Plus I could Fraps the playthrough and put it on Youtube.

Also a suggestion. If you're really working towards making him good at unarmed, you could go to Novac and (minor spoiler)
