Thank you for a fascinating game!

Fallout New Vegas and Dragon Age Origins are my favourite games 2010.

With adding complexity to FNV Obsidian Entertainment is swimming against the current "make games easy" stream.
If i look at CIV 5 and the announcement's regarding Dragon Age 2, i am concerned about the trend to streamline games.

Thank you again Obsidian Entertainment for swimming against the stream!

Welcome to the forums, it's always nice to see someone register just to say thank you, I have my gripes about it, but all in all it's a really good game.
And good choice on DAO, I enjoyed it very much, I've not played it since I got my hands on FO:NV, but looking forward to DAO 2 in march.

Lets make this a huge thread for the people who actually appreciate what Obsidian has done here.
As the OP said, swim against the current of making games that cater to the masses of "casual" gamers.

FNV on hardcoe very hard is probably one of the more intense gaming experiences I've had in the past year or so. Vault 34 alone was a [censored] misery, but in a good way.

Yep, the game needs patching, but ALL games get patched, and this game is great! 47 hours in and only 2 freezes and no other issues.

I have about 50 hours in and only 3-5 freezes.

Nothing that broke my game though.

Agreed! I haven't beaten the game yet due to the laundry list of quest to still complete, but having played numerous hours I can say this is the best game of the year for me so far! Great job Obs. and Beth.!
