This may have already asked here in the forum...but I can't seem to find any help. I've played numerous games of Caravan but whenever I play, the other player never antes up! I know they have the money...but there has never been any antes. Is this a common problem???

Have you tried raising? That might force them to bet.

automatch and then raise, they'll only go so far but it's always worth it.

If you're seeing 0 ante from the start then..
No it's a glitch due to playing out all their money, save quit to menu, reload then their money resets.

Otherwise just click automatch.

You can't play caravan because they won't ante? But they lay a bet straight up, and you only have to automatch.

I haven't seen any of them raise the bet, or match the raise if I do...but they'll still play.

my favorite guy to play is the store guy in novak. i buy everything (ammo wise) and any meds from him . then i play him one hand and win it all back lmao .

Okay...maybe I was confused before (wouldn't be the first time). I figured since the other player showed 0 ante, s/he wasn't betting...but maybe they are in fact betting. Is this the case?

You may not be looking at it right. The number you see is his bet, the zero below is yours. Just hit the auto match, meaning automatically match his bet and it will put that same number there. Then I hit the raise bet button and you can raise him and he will match you or put up a number less than your raise that he will go. Then just accept and you are off and running.

Actually the zero is on top next to his name...and when I click auto match...nothing happens...when I click raise...I throw money on the table but the zero remains by his name. :brokencomputer:

hmmm that's a goofy one. never heard of this glitch. If you figure it out please be sure to post.

I just had a question, again sorry if it's weak. SInce you haven't played at all, does that mean you never played Ringo? Did you at least get the speach text with him explaining how to play? Sure you must have, but maybe try talking to him again and trying to play him at Crimson Caravan.

Are you saying they aren't betting at all or that they aren't increasing their bets? If it's the first case, that was a bug which was corrected in the first patch. Updating your game should solve it.
