I don't see an armor repair kit in the work bench menu, why?

As far as I know, because they didn't put one in the game.

They should have though. I think it's a great idea, one that I had when I first started playing.

I don't mind the extra effort fixing Armor however the armor in this game sure sux big time....or maybe I should just say it's boring. In FO3 there was Reilys Rangers armor with great stats and a heck of a good time getting it. Or just go main quest until you get power armor training and take your pick from a wide variety. In FLV, the power armor is bleh. Even the Ranger armor is bleh but at least it's cool looking. You can get some decent DT on the various combats armors but no stats!

Armor is boring in FNV.

I've often thought the same thing, would love armor repair kits for us frugal Repair junkies. But at the same time, the occasional armor repair, bullets and weapon + some aids are about the only thing I spend caps on. I haven't even bought an implant yet with any of my chrs...there's no need to in order to easily beat the game, and I'm just too cheap. :laugh:

Ranger Combat armor is the best looking armor in both New Vegas and Fallout 3. I don't give a crap about whether or not they add skills, because you can just do that the old fashioned way.
I came across a modded ranger armor, that isn't factioned and adds things like Speech and such. It's overpowered though, I had to downgrade the DT in order to not feel like I was cheating.

Maybe Obsidian considered that and they'll put it in Dead Money...?

I was thinking the same....Armor Repair Kits need to be added in the DLC.

I personally like the 17DT Combat Reinforced (not the Mark2) the best, in terms of looks & higher armors. But I like black and black/silver. All power armor is goofy/fugly. The Ranger Combat is ok looks wise but still not for me.
The reinforced black leather armor is nice...and for some reason I like the Wasteland Wanderer clothes, even if the jacket is sorta pink. It just looks nice and casual.

I was surprised that there weren't any Armor repair kits, though it sorta works itself out when you get the Jury Rigging perk. Fix that leather armor with sunglasses and a bonnet? Sure!
