I find the razor all the time.
Not uncommon for me.
Gauss Rifle is uncommon since it requires you to befriend BOS or find the unique's location.

Brush Gun. IIRC only the Veteran Rangers and the Gun Runners carry it I think and the ammo for it is pretty scarce too...

Yeah, I'm thinking unique weapons don't count.

Most hard to find weapon, that should be available, is the Throwing Knife.

i have not found a single marksman carbine.

(not counting the store at gun runners)

and i have only found one fat man.

i have only found 1 thermic lance

(i assume we dont count store inventorys)

what about the 12.7 mm pistol and submachine guns? those are nice, but only a few npcs seem to carry them.... and to try and find the mods for em forget it lol.

the pistol is even more rare then the smg.

i wish more people carried them. they are so cool. cant even find ammo for them. the only place i can find the weapon are on Legion Dacanuses

Only found a fatman once,a little west of jacobstown. I would say its very uncommon, I just found 4 mini nukes after 80 hours of gametime. The most common must be the 9. mm, its everywhere in the first missions.

Khans carry 12.7 mm pistols pretty often.

Really considering how well equipped the khans are compared to the NCR (12.7mm pistols, hunting shotguns, hunting pistols, 10mm SMG's, etc vs. service rifles and caravan shotguns) it's surprising they are always pushed around so badly by them.

As for the varmint rifle, for me they are clearly the most common weapon. used very often by both low level (powder gangers) and mid level (fiends) enemies.

Yep, Khans have hunting revolvers. They are very well armed.

I enjoy going there at night with my silent killer character and "farming" some khans. :wink_smile:
