My question is: is what is in the oven/fridge set permanently by your level ( say lvl 10) when you first visit any location?? Or will it reset to the higher level type items if you re-visit later at a higher lvl ( like lvl 25)

I don't think anything really respawns to be honest, with a few minor exceptions.

Well, I'm not sure I'm talking about re-spawns: let's say I go to some NCR areas when I'm level 10, but I don't search any of the ovens or fridges. Them I come back to those areas as a level 24 and search all the ovens/fridges - will I find "mid level items" or "high level items"?? Apparently there is a difference that can be seen in the G.E.C.K. regarding what "loot" is given out for different levels (even in food items)
Motive for this question is "Strange Meat" sometimes being seen in NCR areas,when would not expect NCR troops to be cannibals
