She sent me out to kill some ppl, I decided to go the diplomatic route. Did everything required and now I'm supposed to head back and chat. But the [censored] ain't there,and I've looked all over the damn dam. Can somebody tell me where she relocated herself to, so I can [censored] shoot her for making me waste all that time looking...

Obsidian/Bethesda. When you make way points that lead you somewhere, make sure they actually lead you to the person. Please.

She has to be somewhere in the Dam. That's the only place she should be. If she isn't there, she could be anywhere lol.

On a related note.. When I did this quest the marker always pointed directly to her.

Just hang out in her office until she shows up. You can fast-forward the time while you're in there.

The marker points me to nowhere. Just some random place at Hoover Damn. I don't know where it thought it was pointing, but I know it's not to her. If she is indeed in the Damn, which she should be, I have no clue where.

use the wait command. she could be sleeping somewhere.

No no, Bethesda has a hand in this. If you put your name on a product, you are also responsible for the quality of said product. Whether you created it or not.

did you do this by waiting 24 hours 3 times? if so it may not have worked becuase each time the wait was over she could have came and left back to were she was already, wait in 3 hour incraments...always worked for me.

No, I waited an hour each time. 72 times.

She's been M.I.A for a while, I actually went and did 4-7 more quests then came back to see if she decided to wander back. Negative. I dunno if it's a glitch because of the choices I made, if she died, or what. All I know is she ain't where the marker tells me to go and she ain't where she supposed to be. I'm siding with house this file and I've already saved the president. Seems like a waste to kill them all...but I might. This is kinda pissing me off.

I currently have pretty much the same problem. I finished the Embassy missions and was told to go and speak with Colonel Moore (I have never met her prior to this). I get to Hoover Dam and she's not there. ANYWHERE. I stayed at the Marker in her office and nothing. I waited for three days in 2 hour increments and still nothing. I can't even get the "player.placeatme " to work on her (something I already had to do with the Ambassador when he disappeared, because I waited in the embassy) WTF?! I understand having a few glitches in a game this big, but when it keeps you from finishing the game the way you want to then it makes me question what the hell where their testers playing to not have this many problems and did Obsidian have any QA on this game? If someone knows the actual "placeatme" code for Colonel Moore It would be greatly appreciated, but Fallout Wiki hasn't been right about it at all.
