Do you think that there should be a sub-forum for peoples general rants and/or reviews and dislikes about FO:NV?

Just a thought, since I notice every day mods lock a couple topics concerning people complaining about NV.

They do, you read the technical issues forums lately?

Also this thread has a 90% chance of being locked.

So, lets fill up the tech support threads with peoples mindless banter? Genius.

They can't debug the games engine in 4 years what makes you think the can create a new forum ? HAHAHA

If they didn't add a sub forum for that when in the Daggerfall -> Morrowind, Morrowind -> Oblivion, and All Fallout -> Fallout 3, I doubt they would do it now. To much flame to put out by the Mods. Beside, General Discussion and Hardware and Software Issues is already enough.

Yes, please. Sequestering it all in one place would make it so much easier to read actual discussions and ignore all the complaining from the swooning and the bitter (righteously or otherwise) alike.

And while we're talking about forums, might I also recommend retitling "General Discussion" to "Game Mechanics" (or something) and "Cheats, Hints, and Spoilers" to "Plot, Characters, and Hints"? It's really sad to read so many spoilers in the non-spoiler forum (EDIT to add: but thanks to the moderators for generally staying pretty well on top of moving topics).

You're committing the cardinal sin of internet: Taking everything seriously.

Relax, ignore the rant threads and the people here to rag on Bethesda because they were unlucky enough to get a bug. The Fallout 3 and Oblivion forums were no different for the first 6 months of their lives.

There will be no change in the forum layout and certainly not one for people just to complain in.

There is, of course, no need to read a topic or post in it if you don't want to and the easiest way of dealing with a problem is to report it.

I am closing this as it serves no purpose other than complaining about complainers.
