Crash tally

I just finished the game on the PS3. At 160 hours on the game clock, I subtract ~48 hours for pipboy pausing, but add 24 hours of lost time due to crashes. After about 2 dozen crashes I began to make a tally sheet, turns out I needed 2 pages of notebook paper front and back to hash out a whopping 294 presses of the power button due to freeze ups. I'm afraid to think about the wear and tear this put on my console. Yes, I played through the pain and frustration because I love Fallout that much! However, I cannot recommend this game to anyone, and I'm giving it 1 star on Amazon, and a few other places, for being so technically flawed. It's a genuine turd, and I'm just angry that such an amazing IP gets such shoddy treatment. I'm convinced after all the problems with FO3 & NV on PS3, the engine is not compatible with the PS3, and the game will never be fixed. I will never buy another Bethesda or Obsidian product. Shame on you for putting out this garbage, and stealing an entire day of my life.

*Insert haven't crashed that much comment here*

Also, the game will be fixed. Just give it some time. It's not like the devs can fix all the game's problems by just snapping their fingers. Patches for games as big as New Vegas usually take months to complete.

Also, since the engine for Fallout 3 and New Vegas is basically just about the same engine from Oblivion, I would say the engine is perfectly compatible with the PS3, seeing as Oblivion worked just fine on it.
