Minor Bugs, Comments, and Suggestions

1) guy in the NCR embassy in new vegas, he's near the door when you walk in, is typing on a 'broken' computer that says it is unplugged when you try to access it. he was this evening when I was playing, anyways. he might not always be there.
2) the terminal in your home base in lucky 32 has a weird resolution problem for me, where the clickable-areas do not fall on top of the buttons like they are supposed to (the terminal where you buy weapon chests, etc.) Again, this is for me, so I'm not sure that many people have this problem. Or it might be everyone :D This is the only thing in the game that does this for me though.
3) using the annabelle rocket launcher, i noticed many enemies have a sort of immunity to it, even if you hit them head on, near them, or wherever. they will not die from it. this is not species-wide, but only on certain single enemies I came across.
4) invisible walls in many sort of ridiculous areas. I can understand why you put them in some places, but on top of a short mountain that you need to cross to get somewhere, where you could easily walk on it if the wall weren't there. or on the edges of some rocky-ledges and plateaus.
5) obviously this is well known, but many times companions will disappear and be found in random places on the minimap.
6) suggestion: implementing an NPC (or other system) that trades skill books 1-for-1. say you have 100 science and then pick up a 'big book of science', it's kind of useless. All-in-all, though, the new magazine/book system is great! I know many people complain about the magazines, but I think they are fine.
7) bug with the "The Whole Gang's Here" achievement (on pc). I know that many people (including myself) have been having some trouble getting it to unlock after recruiting everyone. I even fired and rehired all the companions (multiple times, might I add) once I got the lucky 32 suite. Still no achievement unlock.

just some minor things I noticed while playing. there are more, I'm sure, I just forgot to write them down.
