Lucky Shades in NV?

I just heard that the Lucky Shades from FO3 were added to Ceaser's Legion safehouse. Is this correct? If so there is actually a reason to side with CL.

I just hope they arent like the tortiseshell glasses from Fo3, the ones they imported into NV have no world object, so a red box with an exclamation pulls up.
