There are bugs on all platforms.

I have it on PC and have had very few incidents with it.

If your PC can handle it well, I'd say go with the PC, unless you plan not to explore user mods, or to make any of your own, otherwise its pretty even between the versions (though the PC version supports greater resolutions and texture replacements ~so it can look far better running on the right hardware.)

I'd say definitely yes. I got it for PS3 first but then I decided it was time to learn to mod and I wanted that Unlimited Companions mod really a lot so I got FNV for PC too. No regrets at all and it's even better. They both have their problems but I've played over 250 hours (mostly PS3 so far) and have had a blast. I'd say the problems are 1% if I had to do a number and all games have problems. You learn to hard save often, often, often, periodically on a clean slot, and that's not a big deal.

Yes! IF your comp is decent.

Better graphics, better controls (imo), and most importantly you open up your game to the huge modding community.

I suggest you get it for PC. All the sixmods should be enough to convince you.

PC. The community puts out better fixes for bugs than the devs ever will.

Even if the PC version had more bugs (which it doesn't) you can fix many of them on the PC via console commands and mods. Can't do that on a console. Also, I can't stand the slow turning thing on consoles. Seriously, who likes that? On a PC, you want to swivel around and see what's behind you, you move your mouse and *bam* you spin 180 degrees. On a console you push your anolog stick and slooowly tuuuurn around.
