I managed to reach lvl 33. I put in a solid 30-40+ hours into this game, which is rare lol. I don't have that much time to play games and I usually put in 15-20 hours into the multiplayer component of a game but Crysis 2 is a game I spent a good amount of time in. I might hop online every now and then.

I personally am ready to move onto a next game. Most gamers around that play on PC usually buy multiplayer games and play for months and months and months. I can't do that lol, I like variety. Am I dissapointed with Crysis 2? No. But am I tired of it? Yes. But I get tired of every game that I put 60+ hours into (except for a Fallout and Mass effect game).

Anyways, anyone else done with multiplayer? I'll probably be back to play single player when DX11 is released and probably play periodically till' i reach lvl 50. I'm off to play Mortal Kombat.

I'm just tired of the bugs and issues...

I have 47 hours played time in Crysis 2 atm. Completed the game twice on Easy and Normal (going through it a third time on veteran very casually), was the first shooter I bought and played for years so I had to try and dust off my old mouse skills lol.
Anyway, most of the time I have spent on this game has been in SP. I enjoy the MP, but whenever I see a hacker or cheater I just cannot play it, I get so pissed off lol, so I pretty much get to play 1 match at a time ^^. Hope they come out with some proper anti cheating measures soon for MP. Also some more SP campaign would be awesome.

Pretty much this is the only game where I could play it through twice in rapid succession, I am trying to replay ME 1 atm, but its very difficult to bother opening it up .

the reason why i not yet stopped is because i have 2 more months on our rented server.
if thats over and nothing changed drastic then i stop also.

bugs errors cheaters its everywhere.

also the playability of this game is low

small maps small variety of maps.

i know i cant compare this with any BF games but that have more playability because of the bigger maps and vehicles.

i know we get mappacks ( payable mabey) and i hope we get some fun in this game

Ehh, I'd personally say Crysis 2 gave me as much, if not, MORE hours of fun than Bad Company 2. Bad Company 2 started to feel super repetetive. In Crysis 2, I could play at various speeds, I can do constant jumps, and etc. etc. It's the nanosuit really that added the diversity. Bad Company 2 lacks that. THOUGH bad Company 2's repetition only gets annoying after like 30-ish hours....at least for me

If Crysis 2 had ground-breaking gameplay and graphics, then the quality of the MP wouldn't really matter.

Crysis 2 was not strong enough to set a landmark in SP nor MP, so it'll be one of those games that gets repetitive for most people after a few weeks.

So true. Crysis 2 may be innovative for consoles, but for the PC platform, the game really lacks in innovation. Hopefully Crysis 3 will fix this.

For the record, I've played 1 day, 19 hours, and 3 minutes total.

The MP matches are short and sharp which makes me end up playing more games than I intended

How can you even compare the two games? They're not even made with the same ideas in mind. Compare C2 and any CoD game and you'll have a valid comparison.

And "repetitive" is subjective. I have over the course of a year 400+ hours in BC2, with C2 I didn't even make 40 hours I think. But C2 has way more wrong with it than just being repetitive, so yeah...

I have over 3 days in the game, I'm not tired. Taking a break to play a new game is always good though.
