What EU store? D2D? Steam? Something else? I cannot buy this damn thing on Steam because I have a retail version of FNV, but the lousy DLC which is available for my country in Steam requires a localized version. So I'm the idiot who paid to Bethesda and Obsidian over $120 (CE game plus transport) to get their game, only to be left now high and dry by Bethesda and Obsidian. And they don't even give a damn about it... I saw this DLC appear on sale in D2D US but that's limited only to US, I have not seen it on sale yet on D2D UK site.
