... I'm honestly mind[censored]ed right now, what's the point of the thread?
Is it 'what perks are you going to pick with the new cap?'
Cause yknow, OWB gives us 45, which is an odd number, which means 2 perks.

With all of the list threads, i came up with this CORNY thread... you know what i'm talking about, so lighten up ;-)

By the way, 2 perks only? bummer...
