I know a lot of people are concerned about patch 1.05 and HH, and I was too!
So here's what I did,

1. Buy and download HH from the PSN store
2. At some point I went to ''Game date file'' and deleted the FO:NV US version dlc file, (if your in the US, then delete the CA version)
3. tried to play without patch 1.05, doesn't detect
4. Patched
5. loaded save file
6.after loading, a few seconds later the HH heart quest indidicator pops up
