OWB should let you Respec everything because changes from Up

I set up my new Heavy Explosive/Melee weapons character with a level 8 strength so he could use the big guns like the Fatman, Thermic Lance, and Grenade Machinegun and now that Im finished with most of the sidequests I find out they lowered the strength requirements down 2 points, meaning 2 of my points that could've been invested in Luck and Agility instead :brokencomputer: . Im way too far in the game too start over fresh. Im done with doing that. Not letting us respec everything (not just traits) in the next DLC would simply be cold blooded.

I have several characters who specialized in a single weapon to get certain achievements. Now, I'd like to generalize my best character, making her a little less EW goddess and more jack of all trades, so respecing sounds great. Also, with a max level of 50 to be reachable soon, I'd want to respec any character that would have me at level 50 with maxed skills, since any build that can be maxed can also have a point or two taken from intelligence without issue. I'm not wasting special points to reach 8 intelligence in the beginning when 6, with +3 points with a perk, still maxes me out.

Yea, just to let everyone know, Comprehension and Educated are wasted perks. Im pretty sure you will still max out with just a level 5 intelligence and using all the skill books.

When I have all the DLC's added and I make a new character I probably will stop taking the comprehension and educated perks. And there really is no reason to bring up your skill past level 5.
In fact I would lower my intelligence from 5, but I need the pack rat perk.

Hmm I just create a nerfed character specifically set up to do one thing, then make a new one with new stats, skills, perks later.
Why if I'm playing a bruiser with love for massive guns would I take away strength, that means the entire role and image of my courier that I've played moot.
Luck = more skill points, slightly better critical chance, more caps in gambling.. at the level and weapon choice you'll have it's hardly needed.
Dexterity= reload speed, skill points, AP's, more perks ( if you don't already have 6 from an implant.).. again with larger weapons and high level not needed.

With the level cap changed and lots of new stuff in previous dlc, personally I'd say it's not needed.

Well that's great for you. Im sure there are other builds out there that are now out of wack due to the updates.

I was pretty lucky with my character build, but its not necessarily a bad thing to end up with a STR of 8.
