Ok does this game have anything in it, like the orignal fallouts where at the end it gives you a review of what you did and shows how evil or good you where, or is there the radio guy who lists off your acomplisments in game.

As all "core" Fallout games do, yes. The endings vary based on faction(s) supported, karma, the fate of your various companions, and how/whether you've completed certain static questlines.
