Bethesda, are you listening? Moderators? Hello?

I'm surprised at how many complaints have gone unaddressed by Bethesda, especially the widespread, legitimate ones. Do moderators or representatives read these boards? Where are the responses to so many of the legitimate complaints? Yes, they have addressed the lag and some game-play balance issues. Yes they have announced some details of the up and coming DLC...but MANY of the CORE problems have yet to be addressed at all. It's shocking to me. Or am I missing something? Please, someone from Bethesda, answer the following questions because the overwhelming majority of your customers keep asking and asking:

1. Are you going to add pre-game lobbies? If so, when?

2. Are you going to add more game modes so we can play without bots? We have one game type, with only 5 modes; 3 of them are always filled with bots, and the other two are always empty when I join (and do not fill up), or too full for me to get my friends in the game. This wouldn't be as big a problem if we had pre-game lobbies!

3. Are you going to fix the texture popping issue?

4. Are you going to give us the ability to switch characters and body types BETWEEN games? Without the ability to do this, the variety that this game is supposed to offer is not given to the players! We have no incentive to drop out and change characters and start a new game because the match-making process can be so painful. So everyone (for the most part) sticks with medium body type and well-rounded abilities. There is no incentive for me to create characters that are strongly suited to specific classes because I can't switch to them between maps!!! You have given us the ability to create custom characters, but are preventing us from having any incentive to do it.

5. Are you going to have a better match-making system with merging lobbies so we can actually get the majority of players to be HUMAN?

6. Are you going to add other modes such as Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, or others? Since the XP system (and the victory of the game) are driven mostly by the primary objective, everyone gravitates toward there. And then instead of people exploring the map, all the action boils down to a firefight on a tiny little portion of it. We need other game modes to add some variety or else the same objectives will get stale, and quickly.
