Perhaps this was a means for the Devs to incorporate these items and make them easy to find? If going by that, then maybe the merchant AI in the SInk will sell us rare stuff like Plasma Defenders, Plasma Casters, Tesla Cannons, Multiplas Rifles, Tri-Beam Laser Rifles and more. It would be great considering that the Van Graffs have a tendency to die and the Brotherhood merchant's inventory tends to glitch. What say you forum dwellers?
