1. Definately the Deathclaw Pack, south(east) of the Cliffside Prospector Camp, on the other side of the colorado. There are about eighteen deathclaws, which contain a few babys, 2 mothers, 2 alpha males, and the rest are regular deathclaws. Behind the pack area there are two corpses, one with a bad condition Enclave Remnant Power Armor (No helmet) and one with T-51b armor and helmet with medium condition.
2. Silver Peak Mine. There are dozens of cazadors that are hard to see in the dark, and they are a [censored] to shoot if you don't have a fully-automatic weapon. At the end of the mine there is a gated area, and inside is a corpse with a medium condition Enclave Remnant Power Helmet. You would really have to be a super-badass to survive in both places :toughninja:

Quarry Junction used to be the toughest but I would say either Joshua Graham (I fought him just to see how tough he was and then reloaded it) or that Ranger Vet blocking the way to General Oliver in the last Legion mission.

The Fort can be tough if you aren't well armed, and if you don't plan your attack, mostly because the Legion swarm you, and the Praetorians have ballistic fists.

No problem. It's the harder way to get Enclave armor, but after you've killed all those damn deathclaws you really feel like youve accomplished something! :mohawk:

My first was when 2 Giant Green Geckos, 1 normal one, and 3 spore carriers surprised me in Honest Hearts.

Second one would also be the Deathclaws across the river.

Meh. I just had to kill the 5 or 6 Deathclaws at the entrence with the Tri-Beam, then I sniped most of the others with the Gauss Rifle. After I gave away my position I put down the Alpha Male with the Tri Beam. Shoot the legs and then disintegrate them.

Hoover Dam battle for the NCR side. Can't sneak-attack my way through it and for once the Legion is using real weapons in large numbers.

going to every single NCR place was the most interesting with the vet rangers and just how many easy npc kills you can get.
