Hi Guys,

I'm new here to the forum and I think I have found the solution to fix the launcher to prevent it from crashing. NOTE: This is for Windows 7 Users.

Go to Control Panel, then click Troubleshooting. Select 'Program' (Run program made for previous versions of Windows). Click next, now it might not be listed so select "Not Selected" and continue.

Browse to where Steam is installed and select Steamapps>Common>Fallout New Vegas>FalloutNVLauncher.exe

Try using the recommended settings (ie. Windows XP SP2) and it should run without a problem. I've since restarted the computer and, sure enough, still works and can finally play the game! :celebration:
