This is in regard to the optional part of the Still in the Dark quest where you fix the virus for the BoS history terminals.

When I try using the Science (70 I think) dialogue option, I get the correct response, but nothing changes. The impression I got from the Wiki is that this should fix the terminals.

So, because that did not do anything, I moved on and tried to isolate the virus, but none of the terminals have the menu item indicating it has the virus -- I have tried it multiple times, even to the point where I used all but 2 terminals and none of these were infected (there are 3, so...).

Also, I have tried starting again without using the Science dialogue option and going straight to hopping terminals to isolate it, and same thing -- none have the menu item.

Before either one or two of the most recent updates for F: NV, I had completed this optional part as well as the entire quest with problem. For this specific part, I had successfully isolated the virus by going from terminal to terminal until I got all three down in the minute. I had not used the Science dialogue option here.

A thought occurred to me: I went straight to this optional quest stage from the first conversation with Hardin telling you about his intentions and so forth. I vaguely remember talking to another person first before doing this when I did this the first time.
