So I unlocked the way to the vault and now I'm locked inside. No way out . . . it doesn't really matter if the elevator is locked I can't even get to that.

Well if you lock yourself inside the vault, the game ends. As in, the entire game. But it will go to end slides if you do that. So you should be fine unless some sort of glitch occurred.


Did you try the terminal to "shut down security systems"?

Well if you read the entry on the terminal ment for Dean Domino then the vault will lock and there is no way out. If you didn't then there is a ?power generator? Which you can destroy to open the door.
Edit: Turns out the generator is for turrets, if the door is locked you will have to reload a
previous save.

I destroyed the generator but that doesn't open the door. I'm pretty sure the generator powered the turrets outside of the vault.

Terminal to the left of the door. Disengage the vault security. Then go to the back terminal and go through the prompts, thensomething else happens then you should be able to open the vault door. If you're at the part i think you are anyway.....
